All Those Food Market held All Those Pro, its first meeting focused on a professional audience, in order to generate synergies in the gastronomic sector and promote the consumption of artisan and sustainable products.

After 15 editions and having established itself as a benchmark festival for gastronomic trends and high-quality artisanal products, All Those Food Market introduced a new event focused on restaurateurs and professionals in the culinary industry.

On the morning of Friday, May 26, within the framework of All Those Food Market, the first professional session of All Those: All Those Pro was held. The initiative aimed to foster synergies among restaurateurs, artisans, and gastronomic entrepreneurs, while also extending its mission of promoting the consumption of local and sustainable food within the culinary sector.

All Those Pro opened its doors at 9:00 AM with a networking breakfast sponsored by the B2B delivery platform Stuart. Attendees then had the opportunity to enjoy exclusive content, including a talk on Awareness in Gastronomy led by Xavier Pellicer, Stefano Colombo (Xemei and Bar Brutal), and Buster Turner (Rooftop Smokehouse). Additionally, there was a natural wine tasting featuring Joan Valencia and producers Joan Rubió, Oriol Artigas, and Toni Carbó, presented by Cuvée 3000, among other highlights.

Throughout the day, a selection of the most interesting gastronomic projects from the local scene were present: from nine specialty coffee roasters like Harmony Roasters and Orbita, to cheese distributors such as Selección Gastronómica, and suppliers of Italian products like Mammafiore and Vi Enology, as well as farmers like the Cooperativa Agrícola del Prat, among many others. Attendees also had the opportunity to engage with more than 75 artisans and gastronomic entrepreneurs featured at All Those Food Market during the weekend, prior to its opening to the general public.

To conclude, in a relaxed atmosphere, a snack was provided courtesy of Maldon, allowing professionals to discuss the latest gastronomic trends and expand their network of contacts.
