Over 50 food entrepreneurs gathered once again this spring by the sea to welcome enthusiasts of good food and sustainable craftsmanship. The extra virgin olive oils from Anècdota, the bean-to-bar chocolates from Kina Chocolates, the cured meats from La Gleva, Licor Pedraforca made with wild sloes, the fresh local wasabi from Yamaaoi Wasabi, and the nut butters from The Buttery were just a few of the mouthwatering projects ready to fill the pantries and stomachs of the attending public with quality.

Tableware and home goods also had their usual space at the festival: the handcrafted knives from Pallarès Solsona and Bruto Hermanos, the illustrations by Nathalie Ouederni, the ceramics from Tierra Cocida, and the seasonal flowers from Flora et Labora were some of the entrepreneurs and producers that brought life to any table. In addition, the publishing house Cinco Tintas offered its books to those who, even after Sant Jordi, were eager to expand their gastronomic literary collection.

For those with a sweet tooth, the market was also a true temptation: the creamy ice creams from delaCrem, the crispy puff pastries from Morreig, and the flavorful vegan pastries from Tonka sweetened the weekend, among other projects, and were perfectly complemented by specialty coffees from Nomad Coffee and Right Side Coffee, as well as teas from Req Matcha.

All Those Food Market featured an exceptional lineup of participating restaurants, combining major projects making their debut at the festival with long-time favorites. Among the new additions were Bar Bocata with its irresistible tortillas, Clara restaurant with its modern Catalan cuisine, Casa Costa with a sea-inspired offering, Mula Bar serving Greek bites, Bien Kebab—the new project from the Alam brothers that elevates this iconic dish—Spicy with its modern Asian cuisine, and Santo Porcello with its delicious paninis.

These new protagonists shared the stage with festival classics such as the Asian plates from Casa Xica, the exotic flavors of Warike, the juicy roasts from ASA, the delicious burgers from La Porca, and the tempting cachapas from La Cachapera.

Additionally, some of the participating restaurants created limited-edition dishes featuring walnuts as the main ingredient, in collaboration with California Walnuts, aiming to highlight their quality and versatility. An unmissable event for food lovers!

Aperitif lovers were in luck thanks to Aperol, which featured a spritz bar where visitors could enjoy both the classic recipe and its non-alcoholic alternative, Crodino, aiming to please every palate.

In addition, the gastronomic experience was rounded out with craft beers from Garage Beer Co, Caravelle, and La Pirata, as well as a selection of low-intervention wines from Finca Parera, Oriol Artigas, Marta Clot, and Cyclic.

The festival featured a diverse lineup of culinary workshops for all audiences, where participants could learn about various culinary topics in a practical and enjoyable way. Slow Mov hosted its ‘sensory challenge‘ around coffee, Pickles Natsumi taught fermentation techniques in the kitchen, and Puchero offered a tasting of chocolates from different origins. Additionally, as a new feature, a roundtable discussion on women and gastronomy was held, organized by the women’s gastronomic club Crema Club.

The little ones also had their own space with activities designed to awaken their creativity and love for gastronomy. They learned to grow strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and sunflowers with Arrela’t, and how to carve Tête de Moine AOP cheese into flower shapes thanks to Switzerland Cheeses, among many other activities!

Additionally, for the first time, Switzerland Cheeses featured a cut-to-order cheese shop, where visitors could taste and purchase pieces of the finest artisanal cheeses from Switzerland.

Of course, there was also a family chill-out space coordinated by Mammaproof, creating an ideal environment for the little ones to play and relax.

In line with the festival’s self-care philosophy, the cosmetics brand Caudalie offered attendees its sunscreen made from antioxidant grape seeds and natural ingredients, allowing them to enjoy the sun mindfully.

With all this, we wrap up a new Spring edition of All Those Food Market, which has made a grand return with the best atmosphere and gastronomic offerings.
