The festival of gastronomic entrepreneurs and artisans celebrated its 5th anniversary with a special Christmas edition, bringing together over 150 projects both inside and outside the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya.

For the first time at Christmas, All Those Food Market infected with its festive spirit this corner of the city and turned it into the ideal backdrop to get the most original gifts and finalize some details for this holiday season.

On November 30 and December 1, the producers’ market once again transformed into a magical space to find the most coveted items for holiday surprises. Delicious cheeses, cured meats, sweets, jams, sauces, honeys, and vegan or gluten-free products became the perfect solution for gift-giving and the ideal additions to festive menus for the upcoming celebrations.

The market also featured unique tableware and accessories to dress and decorate the table in a distinctive, artisanal style. Christmas classics were well-represented, including panettones from Sabors and Cloudstreet Bakery, the latter recently awarded the title of Best Artisanal Panettone in Spain, along with turrones from Exalta and carquiñolis from Escalfet.

GASTRONOMY IN THE GARDENS

The gastronomic projects once again set up their kitchens in the gardens of the theater, impressing as always with high-quality offerings. Seasonal cuisine from Auto Rosellon, Mexican-Mediterranean fusion from Mextizo, tapas from Bar Alegría, grilled specialties from Gresca, Japanese delights from Aiueno, pulled pork from Chivuo’s, and classic empanadas from Las Muns became the weekend’s undeniable favorites.

lessed with spring-like weather that brightened the weekend at the Teatre Nacional, the mulled wine from Organic & Orgasmic added a festive touch to this lovely event. Joining the toast were natural and biodynamic wines curated by Human Vins, craft beers from Garage Beer, La Pirata, and Art Cervesers, as well as the ever-popular vermouth from El Bandarra.

A FAMILY-FRIENDLY WEEKEND

Other major highlights of the festival included its popular gastronomic workshops, an engaging musical lineup, and a multitude of free activities designed especially for children, aimed at promoting healthy eating habits.

Thank you very much to all of you who came to enjoy the culinary proposals with soul. See you in the next edition!
