All Those Food Market held its Autumn edition on November 1st and 2nd at the Moll de la Fusta. This edition focused on the market of artisans and gastronomic entrepreneurs, the heart and purpose of All Those. As always, it was accompanied by a gastronomic selection from some of the city\u2019s most prominent restaurants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barcelona\u2019s most vibrant gastronomic festival returned this autumn with a new edition full of delicious flavors, creativity, and local artisan talent. The Autumn edition of All Those Food Market took place on November 1st and 2nd at the Moll de la Fusta, a waterfront venue that welcomed over 14,000 visitors with a unique offering: high-quality gastronomy, contemporary crafts, and urban culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, the festival focused on its market of artisans and gastronomic entrepreneurs, the heart and purpose of All Those. Visitors discovered local projects committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation: from artisanal cured meats and preserves to culinary ceramics, designer kitchen utensils, and unique ingredients for food lovers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the tempting novelties in the artisan market were the preserves made from imperfect fruits and vegetables by Es Im-perfect, the spices from Kondimenta, the handmade ceramics of La Magrana, and the watercolor-illustrated recipes by Gala Pont. Returning favorites included Encantar\u00e1n with their addictive sun-dried tomatoes, Pallar\u00e8s Solsona with their classic knives, and the delicious cured meats from La Gleva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an unmistakable hallmark of the festival, there was a carefully curated selection of street food from the city\u2019s top restaurants, offering local cuisine and flavors from around the world\u2014perfect for enjoying a crisp autumn weekend in Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this edition, visitors could enjoy the neo-traditional cuisine of the popular Bar Cany\u00ed, the vibrant Asian-inspired dishes from Mantis, artisanal cheese raclettes and sandwiches from Can Luc, seasonal plates from Bar Pimentel, and Japanese-style sandwiches from Fry House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other highlights included La Focacceria Balmesina with its crispy focaccias, the celebrated Peruvian offerings from Warike, the authentic Indian dishes from Tandoor made with Tilda rice, the juicy burgers from Two Patties, the treats from La Cachapera, and the irresistible bites from Pi\u00f1ata Cantina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this past edition of the event, there were two beverages that matched the festival\u2019s excellent culinary offerings: the fresh wines from Lost Vines and the irresistible Yzaguirre vermouth. And for those who preferred a non-alcoholic option, the organic apple juices from GoodBio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The craft beers from Garage Beer and La Pirata were the perfect companions to complete the gastronomic experience, along with the presence of natural wine artisans at the market, including Finca Parera, Cyclic Beer Farm, and La Rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sweetest part came from the newly launched Catalan creams by Sucre Cremat, the acclaimed puff pastries from Morreig, and the vegan sweets from Tonka, all enjoyed alongside specialty coffee from Nomad Coffee, delighting visitors with their aromas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As in every edition, the festival offered a varied program of gastronomic workshops for all audiences. Slow Mov taught how to extract the perfect espresso using La Pavoni machines; Anjalina Chugani prepared a delicious plant-based curry with Tilda rice; Laura and Alba from Taula per Dos created a fork-friendly breakfast with the help of Smeg; and Lagom Somm demonstrated how to make appealing non-alcoholic cocktails, among many other activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was complemented by an engaging roundtable on conscious consumption and the importance of our purchasing decisions, featuring renowned voices from the gastronomic world such as Rafa Pe\u00f1a (Gresca), Alexis Pe\u00f1alver (La Pubilla), Carla Gili (Olis An\u00e8cdota), and Daniele Rossi (Slow Food and Rasoterra).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The little ones also had a great time, as the festival continued its commitment to families with a chill-out free-play area coordinated by Mammaproof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, various children\u2019s workshops were held, such as Arrela\u2019t, where they learned to grow seasonal vegetables inside a pumpkin, and Bon Aprofit, which taught the vegetables needed to prepare a good vegetable broth while sparking the little ones\u2019 creativity. The classic Swiss Cheese workshops were also back, continuing to nurture their curiosity about artisanal cheese-making processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
