All Those conquered the iconic Teatre Nacional de Catalunya in a new edition of the popular gastronomic market on September 16 and 17, coinciding with the Poblenou Festival. <\/p>\n\n
At All Those, we continue to focus on connecting independent gastronomic culture with unique urban spaces. In each edition of the artisan festival, we give a fresh twist to the definition of a Food Market<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n On September 16 and 17<\/strong>, our proposal\u2014a blend of selected street food stalls, artisanal and local products, wines and beers from small producers, and culinary workshops\u2014moved to the vicinity of Plaza de les Gl\u00f2ries and opened the doors to another iconic space in the city: the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The market featured some of the most exciting gastronomic projects of the moment, <\/strong>such as the ice creams from Delacrem, the new venture El Sif\u00f3 d\u2019en Garriga by La Cuina d\u2019en Garriga, Japanese dishes from chef Kenji Ueno (from Aiueno and Can Kenji restaurants), raw milk cheeses from Mas d\u2019Eroles, Formatges l\u2019Oliva, and Le Bolut, as well as the delicious offerings from The Fish & Chips Shop. In this edition, alongside the local offerings, products from other regions were also featured<\/strong>, such as Trasmonte honey from Madrid, sobrassadas from Ferrerico, and Con Alma boards from Mallorca. There were also hot sauces from Chiles Hermanos and Utopick chocolates from Valencia, as well as chestnut flours from Amarelante and preserves from O Submarino Alta Conserva, which traveled to the city from Galicia.<\/p>\n\n The market, which coincided with the Festa Major of Poblenou <\/strong>in this edition, was enlivened with music from the BeMyDj collective and the classic grand piano brought by the Maria Canals International Music Competition to every edition of All Those Food Market. Additionally, there were surprise concerts and theatrical performances <\/strong>throughout the weekend, organized by Microteatre Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n Following the philosophy of the Christmas edition, which focused on educational content, this September event also offered a wide range of activities. <\/strong>Attendees were able to enjoy workshops on specialty coffee in collaboration with Dalla Corte, including a new edition of the Latte Art Throwdown<\/em>, as well as a talk between experts discussing why there isn’t more specialty coffee in fine dining restaurants. <\/p>\n\n Anyone looking to dive into the world of natural wine had the opportunity to do so through introductory wine tastings <\/strong>led by Stefano from the specialized natural wine fair Vella Terra<\/strong><\/a>. Attendees also enjoyed olive oil tastings with Orol\u00edquido and vermouth tastings hosted by Vermuter\u00eda Pop Up.<\/p>\n\n There were also workshops to learn how to make good bread with Bons Focs, workshops to learn about the properties of matcha tea and learn how to prepare it with Tetere and Found Tea Project and various manual activities with Nona Bruna, Casa Atl\u00e2ntica and Ti\u00ebsto.<\/p>\n\n Of course, the little ones had a blast with several activities designed especially for them and led by Bon Aprofit and \u00c7ukor, and this year we also had the pickle workshops by Rooftop Smokehouse, which turned out to be a huge hit at the Christmas edition of the market.<\/p>\n\n Additionally, this time we once again had a wide variety of workshops focused on healthy eating and lifestyle i<\/strong>n collaboration with the organic supermarket chain Veritas, which promotes local and seasonal products. For the past couple of years, Veritas has been offering workshops and other activities related to a conscious and healthy lifestyle in their Terra Veritas space. In this September edition, we also celebrated a Special Japan<\/strong> in collaboration with Uniqlo, where several projects presented offerings focused on Japanese culture: the Nikkei cuisine of Warike, blending Peruvian and Japanese flavors; the matcha tea and yuzu ice cream from DelaCrem; pear and wasabi jams and apricot and miso preserves from La Madre de Miren; and the Japanese knives Janagui, Santoku, and Usuba offered by Pallar\u00e9s Solsona, just to name a few examples.<\/p>\n\n Finally, we would like to thank our collaborators for their support: Dasler, Juvasa, Ajuntament de Barcelona, Cuv\u00e9e3000, Organic&Orgasmic, El Bandarra, Las Muns, Black Remedy Coffee Bar, BeMyDj, Uniqlo, Veritas, Dalla Corte and Blanca Mir\u00f3 for her magnificent poster. This edition provided the opportunity to learn with the team from Bendita Helena or El Pot on how to prepare sustainable lunchboxes in glass jars or vibrant, fresh mixed dishes full of seasonal produce. <\/p>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n
