Attendees then had the opportunity to enjoy<strong> exclusive content,<\/strong> including a talk on <strong>Awareness in Gastronomy <\/strong>led by <strong>Xavier Pellicer, Stefano Colombo<\/strong> (Xemei and Bar Brutal), and <strong>Buster Turner <\/strong>(Rooftop Smokehouse).
