All Those Food Market returned to the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya on the weekend of 11 and 12 November.<\/strong> The most anticipated event for lovers of good food and local, sustainable craftsmanship stayed true to its main goal: bringing attendees closer to the most original and appealing projects in the gastronomic scene.<\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n On Saturday at 11 a.m., All Those reopened its doors to offer a taste of the street food <\/em>creations from some of the city\u2019s best restaurants <\/strong>in the gardens of the TNC, as well as to showcase the latest trends in gastronomy. <\/strong>The market featured over 60 projects by local entrepreneurs<\/strong> in the impressive lobby of the iconic building designed by Ricardo Bofill.<\/p>\n\n All Those Food Market once again brought together the most innovative gastronomic offerings from Barcelona’s scene<\/strong>, including the iconic dishes of Dos Pebrots, <\/strong>the Japanese tapas of Brugarol<\/strong>, the handmade dumplings of Lady Dumpling, <\/strong>the surprising raw creations of La Tartarer\u00eda,<\/strong> and the homestyle cooking of Casa \u00d1idro.<\/strong> Fans of charcoal-cooked cuisine had a new must-try: the dishes from the restaurant Palo Verde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Como ya es tradici\u00f3n, tampoco faltaron cl\u00e1sicos de All Those Food Market como Gresca<\/strong> y sus inconfundibles brasas o el Bar Alegr\u00eda<\/strong> y sus originales tapas barcelonesas. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, de la mano de Sal Maldon<\/strong>, se ofrecieron actividades como \u201cPasta crom\u00e1tica: color y sabor con tintes naturales\u201d con Lacci o \u201cComo crear tu propia masa madre, para hacer pan artesanal\u201d con Pa de Kilo.<\/p>\n\n The event also featured a programme dedicated to healthy eating, meditation, and self-care,<\/strong> in collaboration with Naturitas<\/strong>. Workshops included \u201cRasa: Ayurvedic Recipes\u201d from Anjalina Chugani’s latest book and \u201cVegetable Fermentation: Creative Sauerkrauts for Everyone!\u201d with Microorganismes.<\/p>\n\n Todo acompa\u00f1ado de la mejor m\u00fasica, cervezas artesanales<\/strong>, el sabor \u00fanico Bitter Kas<\/strong>, los vinos y espumosos de Vallformosa<\/strong> entre otros productores, y los refrescos de fritz-kola.
