This 2016 we have taken another step forward in our project. That’s why the first weekend of April we are launching Taste All Those, a new event that promotes the consumption of local and seasonal products by combining a Farmer’s Market with a different kind of Street Food market.<\/p>\n\n

Last April 2 and 3, we returned to the historic building of the University of Barcelona, this time to its outdoor parking, to present Taste All Those, a new event with a sustainable and local soul. The great novelty of Taste is its Farmer’s Market where attendees could buy fruits and vegetables directly from a selection of producers who work the land in a respectful way, in addition to other products to fill the pantry as fish, meat, cheeses, breads, oils or jams. The event, the only one of its kind in Barcelona, also featured a careful selection of young chefs and restaurants in the city that share enthusiasm for seasonal ingredients and proximity and presented some of their best recipes in their most street and accessible version, with seasonal products at the center of their dishes. In addition, as in all our projects, we have two of our favorite craft beers of the city, a bar exclusively of natural wines from small producers and activities for children aimed at awakening in them an interest in healthy eating.<\/p>\n\n
